This is the space for all my rants and mumbles about life, my family, my anything at all. Natural Sceptre refers to Mary Wollstonecraft’s Vindication of the Rights of Women. Parts of what she wrote and lived seem to make their way into my line of thinking quite often. So maybe, just maybe, this will be my place to explore that a bit more as well.
For anyone who is wondering who I am, my name is Erin Hattaway. I’m currently living in Utah, working as an editor and going to school at BYU. I’ll finish my degree in Philosophy in December. I’m originally from Connecticut, but have moved a LOT. I’ve lived in California, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and England. I have a love/hate relationship with Utah, and as much as I enjoy it, some days, I LOVE talking about moving to Maine with my husband John after he’s done with school. Honestly, I just miss the east coast. Feels like home to me.
